Terms and Conditions

1. All training fees must be paid in full prior to attending the training session.
2. Please cancel / re-schedule applications / classes at least 2 WEEKS prior to commencement, otherwise full course fee is due and payable and you will be re-scheduled for the next available class of your choice
3. Courses may be cancelled/re-scheduled by AEC Systems due to insufficient enrolments or other unforeseen circumstances. AEC Systems will not accept responsibility for any expenses (Travel, accomodation, etc) that may have been incurred
4. If you are a registered participant, all efforts will be made to inform you of any change within a reasonable period.
5. The cost of the training at all AEC Training Centres is inclusive of the following:
   • Autodesk Official Training Courseware (AOTC) except as noted by *
   • Morning and Afternoon tea and light lunch
   • Autodesk Electronic Certificate of Completion except as noted by *
